Which bars are the best?
i personally like the tag x-5's and the pro taper se's because they are light, quality, you dont need the big bar adaptors for them and i think bars with the crossbar pad things look better then the ones that dont have them(like the tag x2's and the renthal fat bars)

hey man, take into consideration b4 u buy strong expensive bars. if u have a stock steering stem, then strong bars aint for u cuz if u flip the steering stem will bend b4 the bars which is more money to fix. i say if it aint broke dont fix it so wait till u break the ones u got then buy cheap ones again unless u are upgradin the steering stem first...
i got 18 dollar moose racing bars an they look sick on my kfx400. (i broke the stock set i had in a bad flip). buy tag bars if u want but that is my opinion.

You'll cringe at the price.. You'll say, No handle bars are worth that much money.. You'll question having that much money into handle bars only to possibly break/bend them in a roll over.. Your friends will call you names when they find out how much you paid for them..
Fasst Flex bars are the best hands down.. When I was installing mine, friends on dirtbikes were laughing about them.. Asked how could you ride with a handlebar that flexes, even said you prob could never put them on a dirtbike because they flex and when you stand up it would not be right.. I laughed at them and said the bend I had was a motorcycle bend..
I had finally bit the bullet and got them for 250$, they are normally 300$.. And I was amazed at how much of a difference just swapping out the handlebars did.. Friends now have them on their dirtbikes and were amazed how much better their arms feel after a long hard ride.. I instantly noticed my shoulders and arms not hurting as bad on a trail that I ride at least once or twice every single weekend on group rides.
You will need the bigbar clamps for it though, so that might be another added expense.. But they were well worth every penny I spent for them.. Much more so than the cost/benefits of a CDI on a Vforce..
If you get a trailtech clamp, you can have the computer and keyswitch mounted as normal.. The pad won't be too much in the way.. I used a Moose clamp.. So I relocated the keyswitch to side of the front fender, and put the dummy lights in the bar pad.. I just cut a hole int he foam so the lights fit in nice and snug..
good luck.
