1999 Prarie 300 Squeaking Belt

Just changed the belt and the quad still squeaks. Belt has enough tension, do the shims need to be replaced?

1999 Prarie 300 Squeaking Belt

If the drive "pulley" is grooved it can cause belt noise. You'll have the belt cover off to shim it, so check for grooves also.
