Default skipping motor problem on '05 kfx 700

hi, we've been trying to figure out this prob on a '05 kfx 700, it skips on one cylinder at certain times and if u let it idle for very long one cylinder will die its like its not getting spark. we adjusted the valves, cleaned the carbs, theres no vacuum leaks and the gas is new. has anyone ever heard of this problem before? any help would be awsome!

Another member on this forum ( zmann ) has been working on a missing problem with his KFX700 as well. However his motor has quite a few mods from what I understand.
