Default Completely rebuilt the lakota......

well.........i dont know if anyone has noticed but for the last few months i have been giving the lakota quite an overhaul and adding some nice toutches to it.......It all started mid noveber when i sent my engine back to greg to check out a tranny problem and while it was there i ordered alot of parts for it......I started with stainless brake lines, polyurathane swingarm berrings, new axel berrngs and some other little parts from greg.......next i got a WP rear shock with rezzie and i bought lurchs old zest orange plastics, ceet racing graphics and a black screened hood......I also replaced my xcellerator exhaust with a much higher quality big gun full system, got a durablue eliminator axle and some spacers and i finnally got my rear tire/wheel combo so i got razr II's on red lables all around, and got my engine back from greg a few weeks ago with the tranny fixed plus a .040 over hi comp piston kit and to top it all off i got some orange powermadds, sidewinder ti-moly chain and sprockets and i just ordered some dg fat series chasis and swinger skids that are on their way.....I got mostly all the parts installed besides the axle( i was waitin for the sprockets, they just arrived yesterday) so hopefully i will get that installed and it will be all finsihed up and hopefully i can get some pics up very soon.......Im also tryin to earn the money for a cwr filter kit and maby a pep steering dampner and burgard a-arms a little while down the road....anyways just wanted to let anyone who cares know.....and i figured the fourms could use a lakota post...lol

well......i really didnt spend as much money as it looks like.....i spent a lot of time looking for stuff on ebay and came across some sweet deals....

I got the shock brand new in box for $150 and the eliminator axle new in box for $170 shipped, the big gun was 150 shipped brand new also and the powermadds were $20 all on ebay so with all those four things if i bought em not on ebay it would of costed over a grand so ebay really saved me some money.....and sidewinder liked me i guess lol cuz they put me on the rider support team and i got the race team discount and the skids were 20% off at my dealer and lurch gave me a nice deal on the plastics too so i guess i got lucky or had good timting or somthing....but it deffinatly worked out good for me lol.......once i get the axle on and stuff ill get some pics up

speaking of the vicious cycle......since the first time i saw urs and lurchs mojave i have had a thing for orange plastics lol
