Default belt slip help

Hey guys. I have an '03 P360 and was wanting some advice from the experts. I'll be replacing my belt soon (some slipping) and was wondering what I could do or add to extend belt life. ASIDE FROM DRIVING IN LOW I drive it in low 99% of the time. It is stock and don't need a lot of mods for speed, handling, yata yata yata. I use it for recreation and work at the hunting land. If I would change anything it would probably be to get a little more "umph" off the start (torque) without compromising top end. Thanks

Go to epi site and order yourself a black secondary clutch spring and put that baby in. It will help to grab the belt. Once you are in the belt system, Check the belt deplation to see if it is in spec(22-27mm). Good luck.

Default belt slip help

hey guys, I have looked at the 360 over and over, wondering if it would be a good machine for my needs. I use my Polaris for barn and yard chores and it drinks fuel like soda. sure it has good power, but I don't really use it's full potential and would be better off with a SRA machine for less maintenance. the belt system is the only thing that keeps me from considering the Kawi. how many miles do you guys get out of a belt and do you have any issues with the EBS?

thanks

Zero, I love my P360. The only reason I have belt issues is from it being ran too much in high gear. That's what happens when others ride it. High for flat land and running it out. Low for everything else. My belt is not bad, it just slips a little in low if starting a heavy pull on a good incline. I talked to a lot of people before I bought it and every tech said go with it. No issues with EBS. Like I said, I love it. Great size and everything

I have no clue. I pretty much gas and go. All I can tell you is, I feel I get to ride quite a bit for the amount of gas I use. I know, it doesn't answer your question...sorry. As for loads, I'll consistently load a couple hundred pounds on the racks. If I can fit it on the rack I don't have to worry about hooking anything up. I've went through the woods before with 350+ lbs strapped to it. The only problem is it gets hard to steer with a bunch of weight on the front!!
