How did this go from stolen atv's to gun's,by the way gun's are legal in Canada(you just can't hunt with handgun's up here)as for crime rates Detroit,Chicago and alot of other cites in U.S.have 10x the crime rate then all of Canada has,I'm not bashing the U.S. but you can't compare crime rates in the U.S. to Canada. As for Quebec it is known for auto theft, the courts are to lax on auto theft crimes.

I was told by visiting Canadians that handguns were not allowed there. If I was wrong in repeating that, my bad.
As for the thread going from stolen atvs to guns, I believe you and I are the only people to bring them up. Also, I thought that I had explained the correlation between rising crime rates and gun control, since we were talking about a crime.
I also said my nation's capitol was one of the worst cities for crime. Notice I did not say that about Canada.
Too touchy.

I give Quebec a vote of ..............NO CONFIDENCE. It appears some others have as well.
Crime per capita IS higher in Quebec than most major U.S. cities. **
Anyway, give us a description of the wheelers. I could see loading Corvettes and other such trophys but didn't realize there was such a market for diesel trucks overseas. I know that diesel is available in far-flung points of the globe where gas isn't, but usually the type of vehicles you see there are utilitarian in nature. I know in Mexico there is a great demand for 4 cylinder gassers with a manual tranny. I can only assume this has something to do with push-starting.
**After a little research, I have concluded that this statement is false. Quebec appears to be one of the safest cities with reported lows in murder, violent crime, and in general crime per capita, with crime rates in steady decline over the past two decades.
