P360 Recall
When I got my letter form kawasaki about the recall all the way back in October! It took me a While to call the dealer I thinkit was early November when I did call. The guy at sevice said they should be able to get it in buy Christmas. So I waited and christmas came and went. So I called again and they said I was thenth on the list and they should get me in by February. Welp here it is February and I called again today and they said that they have had trouble getting parts for the 360 prairies and said it would be a while to they got me in. To make things worse I checked and it looks like the right front strut is leaning forward a little bit. Has anyone else had to wait this long or is my dealer handing me a load of S**t. If it's not in by April 1st I'm writing Kawasaki and raising He!! cause thats ridiculous.

think thats bad i have been calling my local dealer since last july for the the recall on my 650 so awhile ago i emailed kawasaki and told them my next atv might not be a kawasaki because this is such bull s. and ther is no reason to have to wait this long for a couple of ball joints and steering knuckles . then a couple of days later they emailed me back and it didnt sound like they even cared. and thats all ive ever owned is kawasaki.

I don't feel quite as bad now but this is still B.S. Pretty diapointed that Kawasaki didn't even seem to care when you wrote them. I like my prairie though other than the 300$ 4X4 acuator I had to put in a month after warenty expired.

P360 Recall
I recieved the recall letter in July of last year. Was using the quad on the farm so just kept an eye on the knuckles till October. Called the dealer and found the parts were not available at that time. Went to Mexico for a couple of months and when I got back the dealer had been trying to contact me about bringing the 360 in. Due to weather problems, snow, ice and such, I didn't get the quad to the dealer till two days ago. Picked it up this morning with everything done. Had them change all the fluids and filter while it was there. Cost for service was $45.15 which included a full inspection of the machine. They found a couple of loose bolts but that was it.

tencubed: Your Lucky you only had to wait that long. I called my dealer about the same time you did and still not sure when, if ever, I'll ever get in.

P360 Recall
Strings: Apparently I could have had the repairs done by mid to late November if I had been available to bring the quad to the dealership. The person in charge of the schedualing for the recall repair work had left messages on my phone but they would not retrieve thru the Mexican phone system for some reason. Seems I picked a good dealership this time. Wish our Chev dealership was as responsive.
