Ordering BF 750 need a list of mods that are known to work together
I live three Hours from any Quad dealer and i need names of the following mods that are known to work together with out a major amount of gess work for a 06 BF 750. I have contacted many dealerships from Grand Prairie AB to Calgary AB. about a 8 hour radious from where i live. Every dealership is very happy to install sell any and all mods, but nobody wants or knows what works best or is compatable together. I want all the mods done and working before i bring it the new BRUTE home. When you live as far in the bush as i do going out and doing this mods one by one by myself using the WAG method (wild a$$ gess) can get very costly. Here is the list: Snorkel, command chip, clutch kit, dual air filters/box, Jet kit, dual or single exhaust system, 27x10x12(F) 27x12x12(B) magmun triclaws, tie rods & ends, full set of skid plates, a better set of handle bars, and maybe frount and rear shocks. If i left anything out that is needed let me know.

ebay is your freind! dont let them do it for you. they will hack you on prices. and you'll lose the fun of "Knowing" your machine. EPI pink primary black secondary, dyna fs module, home made snorkels(if you need help just get ahold of me) good set of wheels and tires, may I suggest supergrip? Oh and Locktite! sooo thats where to start

DiamondG/KTM265 Tie-Rods/ends, Pro-taper Fat Bar Handlebar, I went with the CR High bend with the Rox 2" riser w/pod, Works Steeler Dual rate shocks with adjusters/with reserviors are $1215 US Dollars ordered thru WORKS Suspension. Add on a Steering Stabilizer too, most can be had for no more than $160, Denton racing, Gibson, PEP and a few other brands as well, just order the Universal mounting kit.

I bought an 06 BF 750 camo in October of 05. All I can say is WOW. I could not believe the throttle response from this machine. The shear power and speed was amazing to me. I thought is this a sport or utility quad? I just purchased a wheel kit: SG super muds 27x10x12 fronts and 27x12x12 for the back. I have heard these sizes will increase stability by providing a wider base. Does anyone know this is true? Will it affect my gas mileage, speedometer or body clearance?

SG machined cast Aluminum wheels

are you talking about supergrip superlights mud tires? I have them and yes they help with the stability... alot. I dont think it will affect it enough for you to really notice it. as for body clearance, the 750 can clear 30" mudlites with no lift or anything. your speedo will probably be off by a couple of mph

VDI - Most power you'll gain from any mod you add to your four wheeler...
Tires - I like your choice on the tri/bi's... i run them and they have an excellent ride but still an aggressive mud tire.
Clutch springs - Currently i'm just using a pink primary and at the very least you should add that but maybe an almond secondary to accompany it.
Pen-lock - Pretty good mod... pull locker level press a button and it will hold it there until you pull the lever again.
