Default 360 clutch kit and pipe?

So.. after much debate, and a lot of advise from my friends on here, I took the plunge and bought a wheel package for my P360. I went with the ITP 589s (26 9x12 front and 26 12x12 rear) mounted on black aluminum type 5 wheels...Sold my wife's Blaster last Friday night to offset some of the expense- WHAT?? She hadn't ridden it in a year. She won't even miss it.. unfortunately I rode it in the snow alot, and WILL miss it :-(

Obviously going a size larger, and the fact that the wheels are now heavier, I'm thinking about getting a clutch kit. I'm hearing Dalton, highlifter and EPI.

Which, from YOU'RE experience, is the best for the P360?

And pipe? I've been told they don't work well on the P360, and they aren't needed anyway, as the stock pipe is good enough.

Also, I see some of the EPI clutch kits say "for stock motor and pipe" Well do they sell a kit for use w/ an aftermarket pipe that's different?

Do I have to rejet if I do get a pipe??

Thanks,
Mike

Skip the clutch kit, get a jet kit and maybe the exhaust. I just cut the back off my muffler drilled 5 - 3/8" holes in the baffle and welded it back on, put the jet kit in with the larger jet (55?) and then adjusted my exhaust valve to .21 (a little out of spec but my 360 Screams now!-)

skip the clutch kit? I'm hearing if you've got a larger than stock tire size, it's a must. I'll try jetting and see what i get.

That's awsome Mike. i've been looking for a link like that. I've found it VERY difficult to find much in the way of advise on aftermarket parts for the p360.

thanks,
Mike
