maybe i'm wrong here but these gas prices dont put a real hurtin on the average joe commuting to work in his toyota. this will hurt the person who needs a big truck for work(trucker) or like me, i use a a big truck(actually 2 of them) to pull a trailer everyday to work. my brother and i are trim carpenters. so we are towing a trailer all over gods green earth to jobsites. cant do that in a hybrid toyota. and i hate to say it but its not all about gas prices. its oil in general & oil is a part in just about every product we buy. so whatever you buy at walmart will be affected. and dont group me in when someone says "we" are at fault. i dont joy ride, i dont take little trips to store, i dont drive a big truck to work because i think its "cool", i drive a big truck because i NEED to. & i drive 65mph to get the best milage i can. so dont include me in the old "we are at fault" crap!!!

 

I agree with you 100%. Some of us need those big truck's to do our job's.

 

We will never do anything with oil prices until we get oilmen out of the white house. Chaney was ceo of Haliburton and everyone knowsthe Bush's were oilmen from wayback.
