Default Belt light

I have a 05 BF 750 and the delt light is on solid at 202 hours, I have read here two or three different ways to clear this light , can someone give me a step by step procedure on how to clear this. Under the seat there is a black 5 pin plug and a gray blank plug that I dont know what its for. I had it at Shilo Ridge riding area Alto TX and it ran fine all day with no belt problems. Help!

well if you feel the need to be a numb nut about it then I will type it here again...
1) Turn off key
2) Inspect your belt
3) remove seat and locate the four pin connector plugs, one grey, one black
4) Disconnect both plugs and reconnect to their opposite colors, grey to black, black to grey
5) Turn on key
6) The belt light should be flashing
7) Turn off key
8) reconnect plugs to their original colors
9) Turn on key and see if it worked

Happy now?

Settle down sally. I wasnt trying to be a "numb nut"? There might be more people looking for that information later, and thats whats nice about these forums, you can get alot of useful information without spending a large amount of money. Anyway, thanks for the info
