V2,
I received my swamplite today. Now I have to find someone to mount them on my ITP rims that I already own. Thanks for stearing me towards the swamps. They look awesome.

V2,
I noticed that you have a Venom winch. I was considering purchasing a venom 2500 winch on ebay for 132.00. I wanted a warn winch, but they are so expensive. Have you had any problems with the venom. Do you like the Venom, or should I go with a Warn.

I have had no problems. One reccommendation, when you get the winch, take it apart and put some quality grease in it, ( i would use amsoil grease) i heard of some of them drying up due to poor grease. Otherwise, they are great, and work just as well. As a matter of fact, mine has outlasted my buddies warn already!!!

Those Swamplite tires look pretty good. Are they available in Radial?

That's a pretty sweet Cat you got there by the way!

Thanks! Ive sunk enough money into it now to call it my wife! Im not sure on the radial thing, but these tires are the strongest, most reliable ones ive ever had so far.

V2,
It sounds like we run the same type of terrain. I ride where there is alot of jagged rocks and sharp sticks. What do you run for air pressure on the swamps. I just got mine mounted, and I have 5 in mine. The rim seem kind of soft.

I run 6lbs in all four. And you noticed my very first concern!!! I thought they seemed soft, but they have shown great strength with plenty of abuse

V2,
I went for my first ride with the swamps. OMG!!!!, I can't believe the thick mud I went through withopuit getting stuck. I noticed that the handle bars shake at around 35MPH on the road, but when I get to the trail, they are fine. The shaking does not bother me. I did notice that I lost a little speed, but it is a small price to pay for these tires. I slammed into a square rock by accident, that I did not see, and the rock caused my handle bars to go completely sideways. I thought for sure that I punctured the tire, but nothing. Overall, I am very very impressed with the swamplites.

Im glad you like them! I also have a wobbel but only on tar, and like you said, its a small price for the tires. Who wants to ride tar roads all day anyway??
