Everyone needs to read this. The other day, I was riding my polaris 800efi when this guy on a recon250 went flying past me. I layed down on the throttel to chatch up with him, but he was way too fast. I though I must have miss-identified the quad, but then he was coming back my direction so I flagged him down. I asked him what is different about his machine and he said the motor was bored out to a 300 and had a turbo. He also said it had an alcohol tank that atomized ethanol and isooctane into the combustion chamber along with the gasoline. He said he wired a butten to increase more alcohol/isooctane into the combustion chamber. I asked him how fast will it run and he said it has been radared at 97mph. I though what a joke, however, when I raced him on a paved road with my polaris 800efi, he blew me away. We raced about 200 yards and he was about 15 quads lenghts ahead. I asked him if I could ride his quad and he agreeded, however he said to be very very careful because it will flip if you really hammer down on it. It was totally amazing. I could not believe how fast this quad was. He said he also has a honda big red with the same set up and it will run 73mph. After talking for about two houses, we decided to go ride at a local race track tomorrow. BTW, he had this custom paint job on the side of the quad that read............fastrthnu is the fastes because daddy is made of money.
