Default Mojave water problem??

I just put together my mojaves motor since i had it apart and had a lot of performance goods to go in. Now the antifreeze isent flowing at all i dont think. I dont remember if you took the cap off and saw the water flowing, if so its not moving when its runing. It deos run a little hot but does not totally over heat. It is ruf to start whens its hot but thought maybe my jetting was rich. Thats telling me its over heating. The head gasket i put a light coat and i meen light coat of the blue rtv silicone so it wouldnt clog the water jackets as its a copper gasket and needs the silicone. I dont see how it clogged if it did. Any suggestions would be nice if there not about pulling the head off again. lol, Thanks,
Kenny

Default Mojave water problem??

Thanks rols, Ill get rite on that. I fergot about the stat. I just ripped my water pump apart to see if there is anything obviouse but nothing. I am so frustrated with this thing now im looking to sell it but have to get the parents permission first....looking into getting a bike. I always had less problems with the 2 strokers i had surprizingly. I really dont want to pull that head again. That will be a huge bummer on my part.

Don't use Silicone on a head gasket! Use the Indian head gasket shelac or Permatex Aviation gasket cement. You sure that you got all the air burped out of the system? Mine took 3-4 times to get it all out.

Im positive i got the air out. Ive been running it for a few weeks now after the rebuild. It seems to be fine now. I check my stat and its good. Water flows good now...I was looking at the flow when the stat was closed so i saw no movement of water, then checked it again with it really hot and it was flowing. Thanks..... Kenny
