can anyone explain the whole rejetting carb thing to me wu

 

to rejet your carb is to just put diffirent(most of the time larger) jetts in your carb so you can ajust the fuel and air flow because when you add a pipe you move out more air faster so you need to change the jetting to make up for that air flow......i know that sounds confusing maby some one else can explain it better.....

 

what size of jet and isnt there two jets...??????one for half throttle another for the rest...do i need to replace both....and if so wut sizes...im gettin a supertrapp ids2 race seriies

 

Some carbs have up to 4 jets (starter, pilot needle, and main). Throttle position determines which one is currently being used.

What are you jetting and why do you feel you need to jet anyway? Have you added a pipe? We need a little more info to try and help.
