My 2 wheel drive light keeps flashing from 4wheel to 2 wheel. Just keeps going back and fourth. If you shut the quad of its ok for a little bit then starts again. Any suggestions?

Your 2wd flashing to 4wd is either the engine brake or the 4wd actuator. I am not sure which one it is by the lapse of time between flashes. Slow flashes mean one and a slow flash means another. My experience was that when the engine brake went south, you could tell by the strange out-of-place sounds that comes out of that area in your belt housing.
Hope that you have the 3 year full warranty, either of those actuators from Kawi will be the price of your first born. I am not sure if you can them aftermarket.
Good luck

Check out the DG6 from DiamondGracing.com It's probably what you need and a hell of alot cheaper than an actuator

my first guess is the buss plug. it is an elelctrical connector that will corrode and eventually fail, leading to all kinds of weird things happening. check the stickies at Highlifter in the Kawi section or Nyrock's in the tech tips for more info.
