do you have to rejet carbs on brute 750s when installing dynatex box

I put on a dynateck cdi and my atv ran terrible. Called dynateck and they said I needed a dynojet kit. So the answer is yes. ................Rick

I didnt, i think you only have to with the bf750 models.

It does work fine with the 650's. Just for info here is the letter I got back from Dynateck about the cdi on the 750 BF.

Yes, the problem is with your Brute Force's jetting, which has been confirmed by sources around the country.
The stock jetting, while fine with the stock ignition, is insufficient with our timing curve, advance set up and increase in spark output and energy. Typical repair usually consists of new pilot jets and needle and/or needle shimming. The main jet remains stock. Once done, I am sure you will be quite satisfied.
I would suggest calling Dynojet for their jet kit and recommendations for your application. They can be reached at 1-800-992-4993.

get the copper head cdi took me months to get the dynatec to run even close to right

heres the site for the copperhead cdi, you will notice a big difference in price but no need to rejet, and it is also programmable and if you ever switch quads you can use this cdi just buy another set of hookups
