I am looking at the moose winter pack for my machine. Anyone have this, and how do you like it? How do the grips stay on? Also, how to get the stock grips off. Most come off easily, but do the kawasaki grips have to be heated up to get them off?

 

A friend of mine has the kit, and it works well. Moose seems to make some good stuff.
I usually just use a razor blade and cut the old grips off.
