sorry, what your noticeing is a lot of delay basically when you get back on the gas, this is all from the drivetrain trying to catch back up and kick in, when you take off this doesent happen because the drivetrain is in essence already caught up, now as evryone has said the clutch kit will lighten up the clutch so in reality you will get less delay in backshift but you will still unfourtunately have some, this is why if in a drag race you let of the gas on a V it's almost guarranteed you lose, it just takes to much time.
