KFX 700 shift control adjustment

Lookin' for help !!!!!
Shift control seems to be slipping from drive into neutral.
Anybody else have this problem, and how do I fix it ?

is the lock pin in your control broke to where you can turn it with out having the brake on

Nope....
Parked it this winter, and now the shift control wants to go to neutralwhen I give it a bit of gas.
Like the cable is out of adjustment ?

WTF???? the kfx700 uses a cable for the shifting lever???? one would think that it would at least have hydraulic shifting lever or a pin like on other quads
