lakota problems

Default lakota problems
my 02 lakota sport has been having problens left and right. i just got it to have spark to run and now when it starts it makes a real bad schreaching sound. does anyone have any ideas?

Well what do you mean by screaching sound??
does it screach when you hit the brakes or just idling or riding along??

its the motor...i dont know if it only happens when it idols.

possibally a bad berring somewhere.........does it have a good ammount of oil in it.

yea it if full but i pulled the head off and the notck on my cam sprocket broke off and wasnt moving my cam...

well that would be your problem. That dosnt sound good. I would tear the rest of the engine and see what kind of shape it is in.

i also pulled my cylinder off and it is in good conddition...the piston is good also.
