The reason builders dyno at the crank is to see what kind of power the motor is making. ie. peak hp at whatever rpm and peak torque at whatever rpm. When you know those numbers then you know what to clutch to so the motor stays in it's peak powerband at different speeds. That's why you can have a motor that puts out 80 at the crank get beat by another motor that puts out 75. If the 80hp motor dosen't stay in it's powerband then it's unusable power.

LOL, that must be a wild 25 HP because a 100hp sled will go 100 mph across a frozen lake. As for the question does'nt all tyranny's lose hp to the wheels?

I do not know about that , I ride with a 500 Vinson utility and 500 Foreman, both manuals and when we pour it on on the long safe section you would think the Suzuki Vinson and Honda Foreman had a slipping and weight problem for the gap I put between them.
