You might start by finding a dealer that isn't an Idiot. ( Good luck with that) One of the guys I ride with has a KQ with all the bells and whistles, yet my Prairie with 27" tires and the rest was stock will go farther and deeper than his. I just can't match his top end. We'll see about that now that I've added the Dyna Tek CDI. I doubt if you'll see much difference from the 650 to the 700.
