Does anyone know what bolt tightens the chain and how tight it should be thanks!

 

Also does anyone have any idea on why my steering as a little play in it?

it should be the 17mm down by the rear axle, also the slop in your steering could be the tie rods, kawis are prone for tie rod probs, or if you do much jumping you steering stem bushings could be worn
