Anyone using a hand shift lever ??

Wife had a knee replaced and can't shift our Bayou 300.

Anyone using one of those bolt on hand shifters ? good/bad ?

Anyone using a hand shift lever ??

My uncle used a homemade one back in the day b/c of a knee surgery. It was good all the way around, b/c that was the only way he could shift gears.
