Default Plenty of Winter Storage with a BF650i

here is a good laugher for all....

recently, I went out to clean up my machine. I keep the machines and the lawn tracor out back in the shed.

Well I fired up my 650i only to hear what sound like shredded belt material or even worse, some possible gearing chewed up in the belt housing.

I shut it off immediatly with my heart racing and wondering what could be the issue, as I just rode it a few days ago and had no problems.

I am scratching my head and getting pissed off all at the same time, as I am pushing my 600lb machine up to the house, so I can get into the garage and my tools.
While pushing up to the house, the Mrs. comes out and starts with the questions and looking at me like I just bastardized this beautiful machine on my last ride. I desperately try to comfort her all the while I wrestle with my own inner thoughts of pain.

Ok, so now I am on my knees, frantically wrenching away at the belt cover box. I pull away the last bolt, loosen the tubing for the air/snorkle set up and low and behold, like a bag of marbles, dont you hear and see no less than 200 acorns washing from inside the cover and down my driveway.

I signed with joy and laughed out loud. Those squirrels or chipmonks must have been thinking they had a balck hole for winter storage and just kept filling it up. i do not know the exact count, but let me tell you, should you want to store acorns in your belt box and snorkle, you can probalby get at least half a winters worth of goodies in there....
