i know this is an atv fourm but how do you get the seat off a 125 ktx or xkt or something like that

If you mean KLX, I have two of those and the seat comes off after removing 8 mm head bolts on the side. If you first remove the white side panels, one on each side, you can see the bolts holding the seat.

so it dosent just unclip like an atv?

Most dirt bikes I've ever seen (including mine) have the seat bolted on. It's probably because they are ditched and crashed a little more often than a quad. It's not a ton of effort to remove the seat. Just carry a small t-handle with the appropriate sized socket in your tow vehicle...

I have total 7 bikes, 4 dirt and 3 street, and none of their seats come off simply just by pressing a lever or something like on most quads. My bike seats are all bolted to a metal bracket on the frame, usually on the sides.
