I have a 2001 300 prarie that cuts out when wide open and now has less power than when bought a year ago. Checked belt and seems fine but acts like the clutch doesn't do what it should, but still seams dogy. any help will be great, Thanks

 

The belt may look fine but the deflection measurement could be too high. Measure it and check with what's on the manual.

 

When I'm on even a small hill it just dont seam like the motor raps out like I would think if the belt was slipping, I'll try to open it up this weekend and check it over. Thanks for the idea.
