Default Bayou Carb Question

I have a 1999 Bayou 300 that has some carb problems. I have read countless posts about people with this machine having the same problems. I have a couple of questions. First, when I contacted a seller on Ebay about a carb rebuild kit he said that Kaw doesn't make one for my machine. When I search the parts sites with microfiche I don't see a kit. Can anyone tell me why they don't make a carb rebuild kit for this ATV?
Second, when I took the carb off to try and fix it I found some wiring attached to the body. They look like temperature senders. What are they and what purpose do these wires serve? Thanks.......

Default Bayou Carb Question

The wires are for a heater. To keep the venturi clear of ice on cold days.
Chances are there isnt anything you need , in a kit. Start by disassembling everything, and just make sure the jets are clear, thru the center holes, and reassemble.
