So what piston did you use when you bored it 1mm? I always wondered if you could just buy a stock B250 piston and bore the B220 cylinder 1mm.</end quote></div>
Ummm.... I think it was the kawi piston... Could have been the wiseco too though.... Not sure. Either way, it was like you said.... Still stock compression. That's why I spent all that time sanding .050 off the head to get the compression up. I made the mistake of not sanding the chain tensioner mounting place on the jug though. My chain ended up being too long after I had everything bolted together. Oops. So, I had to rig the tensioner to be just a bit longer. I don't know if that will come back to bite me or what, but so far so good.

I have 25 inch tires. I don't know if I'm going 60 or not, just the math says it should go that fast if I can rev out to 9000rpm with 25 inch tires. With stock 22's you'd be lucky to see much over 50. It might not have enough power to go that fast anyway.... Regardless of tire size. 60 is pretty fast for a quad. 61 was the stock top speed of the Warrior (348cc and 6-speed transmission). The stock top speed of a banshee is 74mph and that's only 14 faster than 60, so, 60 is FAST! 74 everybody thinks feels like 100.

I guess yours just doesn't have the power to pull the 25 inch tires up to 60mph. I don't even know for sure if mine does and I have a 2mm bigger carb, K&N filter, somewhere around 10:1 compression with a new wiseco piston, new valves, and head porting.
