Default Belt Problems on a Bf 650

Does anyone have advice about what could be going wrong with my wheeler? I was riding around and my belt went out so I changed it in the field but I can not go over 15 mph then it starts stuttering. I have the belt light still. I have tried to reset it but nothing. So does anyone have any advice about what it could be? I would take it in but the Kawi dealer up here sucks.

Did you reset the toggle switch inside the cvt cover as well?

The toggle switch should be at ON position and make sure it has a good contact/continuity. Just go through the reset procedure very carefully again. If you do it right, it must work. I've done it many times on several quads and have never seen one that I couldn't reset. Don't forget about the small 2 pin connector....
