I have a lakota 300 (same engine as the bayou 300) and the initial torque is 18 foot pounds then torque it to 32 foot pounds. I cant imagine that the prarie would be that much different. If you dont feel comfortable with this maybe torque it to 26-28 foot pounds then when you get your manual you can go higher if you need to. Also in my regular owners manual torwards the front it has the torque values for the top end but you might have to convert from metric (simple with google). also look in the manual where it shows the warning and information stickers- the stickers might have that info. Hope this helps
