my wifes lakota dosnt have any power, it will run and idle but thats it you put it in gear and it dies or will bearly run im thinking a clogged jet maybe? any suggestions?

could be,
choke isnt on is it?

Guy who sold my friend his 01 300ex for 800 thought it had carb problems... we believed him untill we got it home,

started spraying down the carb with carb cleaner and saw the choke was stuck full on, no wonder it would idle but
not run, carb was fine!

maybe you need a carb rebuild kit.. only 50$ or so and it will run like new (if carbs the issue)

filter fine?

airbox all sealed up? everything tight to carb?

does it have a fuel filter?

air filter good?

spark plug good? if its nasty replace it
