2002 P650 problem

I am working on a 2002 prairie 650 that runs like its in limp mode but its not in limp mode. the choke also has to be on befor i can move it without it dieing... any ideals?

2002 P650 problem

Plugged up carb....vacuum leaks, old gas, etc.
