Looking for trailers.

A small 5x8 trailer should more than do it for you. Get one with a ramp gate if you can. Makes loading and unloading really easy. That was the size of my first trailer for my quad. Got 2 now and an ATV cart that's great behind my X2 so I had to go to a 12x8.

I bought a Harbor Freight 4x8 1200 pound trailer before I had multiple quads. It cost me under 200 bucks on sale plus the plywood, fit the Brute 750 with the mud tires well, and towed very nicely. Even behind my subcompact car when I wanted. Got to get the 12 inch wheels model. It folded up for storage in my garage when I wasn't using it. The only thing I would have done to improve it would have been to box in the tongue. It flexed a lot when the tilt bed came crashing down when loading the quad. I sold it for what I paid for it new.

So basically a 4x8 trailer will fit the brute force 750. It is not that I will be using it that much and I don't want to spend a lot of money on it. But, I do need something to haul it, and I don't want ramps going up in my silverado. I know it will fit in there but I have heard stories that back window are not really safe with a larger atv in a truck bed. Or if I can be convienced that this will not happen I would go with the ramps. for the back of the truck. I do have the extended bed.
Thanks for all your help.

The Brute is a bit tall and does put the bumper at the window height. Some guys have a problem when they have a truck box and a shorter bed. You need to fasten it down to make sure it won't move in an emergency stop situation. You'd be surprised how many guys just slam the tailgate shut and that's it. So it will work both ways. It just depends if you want to store a trailer when you are not using it.
Yes, the 4x8 trailer fits it quite nicely.
