Default 300 prairie carb question

I asked the same question on here a few months back and one of them is for a lil built in carb warmer for really cold riding supoose to make it start easier im guessing and one is just a sensor no need to painc just unplug them and get the carb out be careful with the choke it's plastic really reall easy to strip.
