Wife turned over in about four ft of water.. Drained motor and flushed engine really good.. Replaced both spark plugs (Getting fire). Drained carb bowl (no water in fuel). Air box never had water in it. Wondering if it has a safety switch somewhere.. Any ideas ? Has compression

Yes, it has a tip over sensor under the seat. But it should reset itself when the quad is upside up. Are you getting fuel from the elec fuel pump for sure?

Open the air box and spray in some starting fluid with throttle OPEN. Then CLOSE the throttle and try to start the engine with the choke FULLY on.
