Prairie 360 problem

I have an 05 priairie 360. When ever i start it up and let off the gas it dosent always idle, and stalls sometimes, and when it stalls its hard to start back up, any ideas whats wrong?

When was last time the valve clearance adjusted on the quad?
Extremely important on the 360.

Check/adjust the clearance to the looser side of the spec.
