Default 06 Brute Force - Leaking Gas

I have an 06 Brute Force that is leaking gas out of the drain screw at the bottom of the bowl on both carbs. I have had it to two different shops and no one can seem to fix this problem. Right now I have another set of lines running from the drain screws to the ground so the gas does not leak onto my engine. It only leaks out when you rock the bike side to side or when I am riding it and it rolls back and forth during normal operation through the thick of it.

I have already has one fire because of this (back fire through the carb) and Kawi will not honour my warranty which ticks me off, but what can you do. I am not sure why it is leaking, both places have checked everything over and tell me they have never seen this before. I told them I thought maybe the float level adjustment was sticking causing it to over fill/leak out when it is rocked or tipped, but they said it is ok. Shy of that, maybe the bowls?, but I would be shocked if it is both of them.

Any help anyone could give me would be appreciated.

Thanks.

i would get a carb. rebuild kit and go through the carb and check to see if the floats have a pin hole or are sticking

Default 06 Brute Force - Leaking Gas

Thanks for the advice, I actually got in contact with someone at Kawasaki Head Office for Canada and spoke to the Sevice Manager about this issue. He actually got a hold of the dealership that I have been dealing with and told them to stop messing around with this and order (2) new carbs to completely resolve the issue. I have had it in (4) times to (2) different places and no one could seem to pin point the issue. Maybe it is a pin hole, but they are going to completely swap out the carbs.

Thanks again.
