How many ports/holes should be in the bottom of my 92 Bayou master cylinder? I see one but the manula says to insure that the supply and relief ports are clean?

With all of the people on the forum I felt certain that someone had rebuilt a master cylinder but I guess not. I turmed it into the shop and there are suppose to be two holes inthe master cylinder. One of mine was plugged up thus brakes don't work.
