Default Starting, idling issue Kawasaki Bayou 220

Thanks ahead of time guys.

I have two 2000 Kawasaki Bayou 220's... Both seem to idle way too high? I can start one no problem. The other I have to remove seat, remove air filter, put my hand over inlet to draw fuel and feather the throttle for a minute or so until warm?

Seems once they are both running the idle on them is way to high. I did just get these and the owner said they may need new gas because they were sitting>

Check choke plunger at the top of the carb for sticking issue.
