Default Front lift on kfx700

Hi all,

I have a 04 KFX700 and i use it for plowing my driveway. I don't remove the plowblade in the off season anymore; and i'm concerned with the front suspension wearing out. I have the spring cranked all the way up and can tell a difference in the 3 years i've been plowing with it.

My question, does anyone know of anyone who makes spacers for the springs or got any idea on how to prevent it from continuing to get weaker in the front end. Other than removing the plow of course. Doesn't make sense to trade off a quad with less than 100 hours on it for a 4x4 when the KFX700 does a great job plowing my driveway, plus i can ride a wheelie with a plow.. how cool is that?

You can buy spring spacers (they are on E-bay) or make them (very simple) but it's a hacked up way of fixing your problem.

What I would suggest is replacing the springs with a good set of aftermarket. Will be much stronger to handle the extra weight.
