Default KLF 300 Running Problem

I have a 96 KLF 300. I can crank it on Choke but it will not run at all off Choke. Any Ideas? The carb has been cleaned

yes sir.. when the carb was rebuilt, there's the mixture or air/flow (doesn't matter what you call it) that needs to be about 2.5 turns out of closed.

its on the bottom, closest to the "intake" and should be the center scrwe, under the outlet side of the carb, NOT inside the bowl.

should turn it closed, firm, not hard, and then back out 2.5 turns.
