Default 2001 Prairie 400 4x4 - Neutral Light

I'm hoping one of you have experience with the problem I'm having. The neutral light will not work. I have tested the wiring to the bulb and both wires are hot. I have checked the relay in the battery box which contains a blue, green, and two black wires. The blue and green here are hot. The 4 wheeler will start manually and run fine, it just won't detect neutral and allow the electric start to function.

Any ideas?

Check the neutral switch on the engine. The switch is not sending a signal. No signal means no N light and no electric starting. Sometimes cleaning of the switch is all needed to make a positive contact.
