No this should not be done. I looked at a few of your other posts. Like one of the other guys said you should get your suspension set up for your weight even if you cant buy a new one you can still set your suspension for you weight. Also on a Kfx700 its not really made to hit jumps as it not really a racing quad depending on what you call a "small jump".

i hit a jump where i catch maybe 5 feet up and 10 feet out maybe 2 feet give or take but the landing is near flat but has some what of a slant and im only 5'9" 180 pounds so im not that big on a 700 i just expected it would handle me better but i guess not

You cannot just randomly add Nitrogen or any other gas to a gas filled shock without knowing the specs. Overfilling will cause an damaged seals at least, or worse, blow out the shock body, like a bomb. If it seems soft or not working properly, you must take it to an authorized shop that deals with suspenion, not Ricky Bobs garage because " I seen it done oncet" to save money. Not bashing you, just trying to make a point, this is not something you want to mess with or modify without knowing exactly what will happen. If you are jumping a lot, you will probably need it revalved and re sprung to fit your riding style. It was set up as a trail rider, not a motocrosser, so it may need help in the suspension to ride the way you want it.

well i went to my local atv shop and they all seem pretty clue less when it comes to my machine they told me to buy a whole new shock set up so i was just gunna add some nitrogen to the shock and if it goes well so be it if not i was just gunna have to buy a new one anyways thanks guys and im not taking it as bashing im asking you guy for a reason i dont know and was curios if anyone has

A couple of things to note. Simply adding pressure won't necessarily stop you from bottoming out on jumps. If you can adjust your spring pre-load, start there - its free.
Handling is a trade off. Stiffening your suspension to handle a few jumps may worsen your handling on trails and over rough potions of the track.
Technically, shocks are controlling both compression and rebound. Simply adding pressure to the shock could also slow your rebound rate which will decrease handling in rough turns. If you are going to mess with shocks, you have to find them that have both the compression and rebound characteristics you are looking for. The shocks job is to help keep the tire on the surface for traction and safety, so don't simply think of the jump, think of the overall feel. Good Luck!
