Diff Lock - Same as before. I haven't had any issue with it on any of my 3 Kawi v-twin quads that I have.
Belt Switch Location - Same as before. Where it is positioned is the best place for it to work properly.
Seat - Softer now but little more slippery than before.

I never had a "mechanical" problem with the diff lock other then a minor cable adjustment- but I feel it's a pain in the ***- I either want it on and locked in, or off- there's really no point to hold & squeez "how much lock" you want- especially when working to get out of a hole- or backing up with a diff lock- now you have to hold a diff lock lever, press the bypass switch, work the throttle and handle the bars all at once...

The cvt kill switch is unnecessary and was allways a nuisance- I don't know why kawasaki puts them on the brutes, just one more issue to deal with 100 miles down a trail when it trips. Even when I replaced my belt- it still tripped. Then having to reset the system with that jumper connector under the seat- uggg, what a nightmare! The dealer I brought it to showed me how to drill out the rivits and remount the switch "toggle" side up- which was very nice. Most people who experience this on a trail don't even know how to hit the toggle and reset the system with the jumper under the seat- now they're stuck in "limp home mode"...

The brutes bottom end is fantastic, no problem pulling wheelies- but the ride was so stiff and the hard seat didn't help none (on my 05 & 06 750i)
