2wd/4wd indicators

2wd/4wd indicators
Have a 2002 Kaw. 650 Bayou.Have been working on belt drive.Put belt cover back on & now 2wd/4wd indicators flash back & forth.
Any suggestions on what's wrong?Have already spent $950 in carb. work.Don't want to spend much more.

Its for a Prairie 650 but maybe Kawasaki uses the same system on all their 4x4 ATVs.

Sounds like something went wrong when you remove/reinstall the CVT cover which has the EBC (Engine Brake Control) motor on the top. Check the EBC connector first.
