No belt light.Only light that comes up is trans. light(RNHL)

Is batt still good Ino you said new..just asking? is atv charging ok...? If not charging then this could cause ignition to misfire{ an real hard choppy miss}Is brake light staying on?

bodatiouskid, you might check out the known Prairie issues on kawieriders. I've seen many people say the popping is something the Prairie does, but I've seen just as many people say they got it to run great. I've got an 03 and it doesn't pop up through the carb, but I think Kawasaki made some changes between 02 and 03 to the carbs.

Thanks,there has to be something that can be done.If all Kawi's ran like that no one would buy them.

are you running with the air box lid on ?
have you checked to see if the carbs slides are pulsating, when the engine is running?
have you checked for exhaust leaks?

if your answers is yes....you more than likely still have dirty PILOT jets try recleaning

Airbox lid on.No exhaust leaks.Haven't checked carb slides(?)

Well yes you right dealer should have BUT never know thats why I asked.

Just went back a reread all comment an I noticed in your first post you said dealer replaced batt!!!!Is atv charging ok If charging rate is wrong this could cause ignition to fail[weak] an cause an cough or popped back thru carbs just an ideal
