The next thing I would do is check the timing and valve clearance. Since you have spark, fuel, and compression that is the next big culprit. I would also throw in a new, properly gapped plug and make sure the air filter is properly serviced and the intake is unobstructed. Fresh fuel if it has been in there for any length of time as well.

I put new plug in and gas how do I check timing. The kid I got it from said he brought a jump pack with him when he went riding and when he shut it off he would just jump it this went on for a while and then the last time he jumped it it would not run

Get a service manual for it to check the timing. It isn't hard to do on your own. You will have to take the head cover off and remove a couple of small covers on one of the cases. Use this opportunity to learn how to check the valve clearance also.
