Howdy all

Gears finally crapped out in my kawi. Ive got the cases disassembled on the bench but cant get the clutch hub off the crank. The manual just says "slide it off" this dont slide off. It looks like its pressed on and im stuck on that now.

I already had the new gears in and was shifting gears on the bench to make sure everythings working and the balancer is hitting the crank now and I cant get a full revolution either way. The balancer gear and the crank gear w the springs have the timing marks lined up. What the hells going on? lol

Can you get one of those three jaw pullers and pull the clutch off? Check out 400bayoufix.com there is a video on oil pump replacement and he removes clutch in it.
